Over the last 18 years, I have worked with adults and children overcome anxiety, depression, low self esteem, abusive and codependent relationships as well as heal scars of any traumatic events in their lives.

We will use approaches drawn from cognitive theories, mindfulness, somatic work helping you to release old ways of being and embrace new possibilities.

My Approach:

My approach is integrative as I incorporate CBT, mindfulness, lifestyle and nutrition to achieve goals and break unhealthy emotional patterns.

Support Groups:

Women’s empowerment is an area very dear to my heart. I conduct Bliss~ Self Love group/ workshop for women once a month.
